Damaged & Missing Parts

These products are carefully packaged​ ​and shipped to withstand damage during transportation. If your item arrives with damage or missing parts, we request that you notify us right away. Our team will work to find you a suitable replacement at minimum or no charge as promptly as possible. In the case of a manufacturer's defect, we are happy replace the defective part, or if needed, the entire unit.

Returns

We value your business and your satisfaction with your product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us following the guidelines below.

Returns for reasons other than product defect are accepted within 30 days of original purchase date.  Please call or email for a return authorization.  Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge to defray the cost of handling and repackaging.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  We highly recommend you insure all return shipments and use a trackable shipping method, as refunds will not be issued for items damaged or lost during the return process.

- Shipping charges, either way, are not refundable

- Returns must be shipped back to the manufacturer with a prepaid shipping label. Your package should be addressed to the distribution center noted in the upper right hand corner of your original packing slip.

- Return shipments that are not prepaid will be refused.
- Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- Credit will be issued for merchandise only upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, with restocking charge and handling fee applied.
