Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. This email will confirm your order has been received and your credit card was approved for purchase.
You will receive free shipping on all orders in the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii which we do not ship to).
-Our swings currently ship within 3-4 weeks of the order date and ship in transit through a 3rd party freight shipping company.
- Free shipping is for curbside delivery only. This means you will need to lift the furniture off the truck to bring the inside your home and assemble it. If threshold or inside delivery is needed please contact us and note that additional charges may apply. Freight handlers are not authorized to perform any assembly services nor can they put it in the space of your choice.
-You will be contacted by the freight company to schedule a delivery window. Please note that sometimes these delivery time windows can span over several hours, so please be prepared to accept your shipment at any point in the time window given. If you are not able to accept your shipment within a reasonable amount of time (as defined by the freight company), the freight company may be required to charge storage fees. All 3rd party freight deliveries occur during normal business hours only. Please be prepared to inspect and sign for your furniture upon delivery.
-An adult must be present at the time of delivery. If you miss your appointment, you may be charged a re-delivery fee. To ensure a timely delivery, please provide a phone number at the time of check out.
-The delivery driver will drop your item(s) off curbside. The driver’s truck must be able to access the end of your driveway. The driver is not responsible for bringing the product into your home or onto your driveway. These special requests must be handled by you as the customer. Please keep in mind that we will not be responsible for payment of any storage fees if your item(s) aren’t immediately accepted for delivery by you.
-It is your responsibility to inspect your new furniture thoroughly and completely for any damage BEFORE signing for the package(s). In the very rare event that your furniture does arrive damaged, please note any damage on the delivery slip before signing for your furniture.
-In the unlikely event that your furniture is damaged in transit by the 3rd party freight line, we will ship you replacement furniture at no additional cost to you by filing a claim with the shipping company, but we can only do that if you've noted damage on the delivery slip before signing for the furniture. Once you sign the delivery slip, we can assume no responsibility for damage found after delivery, so fully inspecting your furniture upon delivery is extremely important.
All swings, cushions and pillows are custom made-to-order. They are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE purchases.
Please be aware that damage to your shipment, although rare, may occur. If your item(s) arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and follow the instructions below. Your claim of damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of documented delivery.
-Upon delivery, it is very important to open and inspect your package for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. The driver should give you time to inspect your package. You are responsible to check the interior and exterior for damage.
-If there is visible damage to the outside box or the product, take pictures of the interior or exterior damage. You will need to write a description of the damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD) receipt that the driver will give to you to sign. This will help when filing an insurance claim in case there is actual damage.
-If the driver does not wait for you to inspect your delivered item(s), please write “Driver Refused Inspection” on the POD. If you sign for the delivery without notating the visible damage, the freight company is no longer responsible for the damage.
